SourcDirect is startup that provides a HR/Recruiting Consulting services to startups and corporation that are in general technology.  Operating in stealth for two years, SourceDirect offers a unique approach to the Recruiting and HR industry with having experience with Silicon Valley based organizations. We used leading edge AI and Talent matching software to enable us to help our clients hire faster, quicker and smarter.

Opportunity

SourceDirect is looking to grow our sales team and hire some of our first Sales Development Representatives to generate interest in our service and be an instrumental part in developing the lead generation process for the future of the company. These are considered key members of the founding sales team. You’ll have the opportunity to create various processes and systems, which will serve as the foundation for the rapidly growing organization. The ideal SDR candidate will have a record of excellent past performance, a strong interest in a future career in sales, and the desire to experiment with different approaches and standardize best practices. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads to our sales team through a process of account research, outreach via phone/email, and follow-up•
  • Work closely with our leadership.sales team on go-to-market strategy and messaging•
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads and serve as the initial touch-point for any commercial conversations•
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM to ensure proper follow up and cross-team collaboration•
  • Consistently meet or exceed quotas for booking demos and generating qualified sales opportunities•

Qualifications

 

  • 1+ years sales experience (preferably in high-tech/SaaS company)•
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn technology sales skills•
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume environment•
  • Eager to conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts•
  • Ability to write crisp, targeted emails that convey our value proposition to prospects•
  • Experience using CRMs like Salesforce.com•
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
